Forum. A7 - Audi MMI will no longer connect to phone as a media device - Yesterday my phone stopped connecting to my car as a media player. I can still make and receive calls through the car but I can't play music. When I go to the media player I get a message saying This medium or device is being loaded.
After the vehicle had warmed up the display would return to normal operation and then I would have to re-adjust the position of the display to place it in the normal viewing position. So two weeks ago I took the vehicle to have it fixed. The Audi service department promptly duplicated the problem and ordered the parts to fix it.
