Parrot told me to load CK3100 firmware on the hands-free and that code has the auto-update fix in it. Yes the CK3100 code will work on the CK3300 but you loose GPS functionality (which doesn't really bother me). MY only issue is finding a WinDoze laptop with bluetooth to update the firmware. I have only MacBooks and there's no update code for it.

You need to look in the Bluetooth settings on the phone for something like "Synch Contacts" or it may call it Phonebook instead of Contacts. Something like that anyway. Finally, disconnect the 4-pin power connector from the Parrot CK3100 for about a minute for the capacitors to drain.
